UK Mainland shipping

We ship all our products using Royal Mail second class delivery. Products are shipped within 5 days after order is placed and so you can expect your products to reach you in as little as 8-10 days. First class shipping is available for purchases when requested. Our packaging is postal safe so rest assured that your jewellery will reach you without any damages.

International shipping

We want our products to be enjoyed worldwide - so we provide worldwide shipping.If you have further queries do get in touch with us.

Returns

Return Cost

We can guarantee that what you see on our site is what you’ll get. However, we do accept returns should the product be damaged during delivery. For returns to be accepted, an opening video is requested. As soon as you send back the items and the return is accepted, your refund will be processed.

Please note that worn jewellery will not be accepted as they contain earrings . We do not take returns for missing stones or beads in the set. If you do need replacements we can send out extras . Please note without a return video , return requests will not be enquired .

Any broken or damaged products should be returned as soon as possible. We advise that you notify our team at your earliest convenience.
